fantastic hotel experience

quick tram ridefresh pastriesfriendly stafffree parking
the location suited me well, a quick tram ride took me to the city center in about 15 minutes (very convenient, indeed). breakfast offered a great variety, i especially liked the fresh pastries. i found the staff very friendly, always ready to assist with a smile. free parking on site was another great plus for me.
the gym was smaller than i expected, it only had a limited selection of equipment.

my executive king room had large windows providing ample natural light, it also featured a comfortable seating area. the room included a minibar stocked with a variety of drinks and snacks. the bathroom was equipped with both a shower and a bathtub.

the hotel is close to public transportation. a tram stop is just a short walk away, offering easy access to the main tourist attractions. the neighborhood felt safe and quiet, i found it relaxing after a day of sightseeing.

the reception staff were always available. they helped me with directions and provided useful information about local attractions. housekeeping kept my room very clean, the service was prompt and efficient.

the staff were great, and veronica deserves special thanks.
I booked a double room, but my friends found two separate beds. Despite promises, this was never corrected and no apologies or discounts were given, even when we sought the manager.
